Submitting Bill of Lading Instructions
CaroTrans will require HS Codes to appear on Bill of Lading Instructions sent to our team members in order to properly submit our instructions to the underlying carrier(s). This change comes as passthrough from our vendor network and is being enforced with greater regularity. Bookings without HS Codes will be subject to roll and/or storage fees where applicable.
